Is the death penalty effective?
We live in a very strange world. Let's compare science and mankind brain. Why I choose brain, I'll try to explain in the end of my essay. Now history of science in the studio. Why history of science. Let's look on the law which are discovered during the long period of mankind developing. Science has a law. Every process in 3-D world we can describe by mathematics.
We, people, have a very tricky mind and the law of mind is quite different from law of science, hence can't be described by the math formula.
Fear is one of the guys main feature. Fear helps us to survive. Just image you on the railway, walking along, whistling and enjoying the weather, one difference you don't have a fear. You are walking and don't remember about danger that carry big and noisy bunch of steel. You know that it is dangerous, because someone had told you about this once but you forget about this. Your mind don't have a fear, you are fearful, you are not brave like thousand of lion, but you lead like them, because in your brain are absent tiny area which gives you feeling of fear.
I recalled one curious episode of my life, exactly there was with my daughter Mary when she was about one or two years old. My wife used to switch on cooker which worked on the natural gas by burning match. My daughter was very curious about that matches when they made light and glowed and always tried to reach their hand in order to touch bright things. One day my wife said to Mary: "You can touch it".

Is global climate change man-made?
1. Is global climate change man-made?
When I firstly had read this question several weeks ago, I decided for sure that of course there is. Just look at our swift and impetuous technology developing. But after some wise and calm thinking, I recall story which I had read with my daughter the other days about dinosaurs. Actually we had read about dolphins and how they evolved from another creatures also dinosaurs which in accord with theory of evolution leave nearby water and slowly after several hundred million years became nice and beauty dolphin. It is known that dinosaurs varnish from the globe not by their own desire, but by some global change in climate.
So we can't take off totally from the scale of the discussion that climate change can be kind of inner process with has its own rules and law. Our globe is part of the solar system and solar system is part of the galactic and our galactic part of sort of super galactic and so on, and so forth. Modern science doesn't know for this time all this law or can't disclaim that climate change has its own curve of progress.
But, let's stop look in the deep past and try to look to the star. Let's regard last 100 years or so of the mankind development. Let's look how people travel hundred years ago, how they warm themselves and cook food and light thier way at night and ... Last hundred years was technology breakthrough in consumption of natural resources and intervention in the natural condition. During last 100 years mob which inhabit our globe not only increase exponentially but increase average temperature of the globe up to several degree.
Wasting natural sources, increasing level of the so called green house gas emission and intrusion into cell and atom to my mind lay covered spring which can initiate irrevocable and global climate change.
